Synergy Certified Grade Book Administrator is a 24-hour blended certification program for district and school staff responsible for Synergy Grade Book setup, security, synchronization, reporting, and support.
Participants complete eight two-hour virtual pre-sessions before November 2026, followed by a full-day onsite capstone at Synergy CONNECT. The course covers implementation readiness, user roles, synchronization, alerts, Grade Book setup, District Grade Book, progress reports, report cards, standards, dashboards, reports, troubleshooting, and PAD Security.
The program concludes with a structured review and hands-on certification assessment.
