Synergy users new to Mass Scheduling can join this workshop to meet with Synergy trainers to get 1-on-1 help with your master schedule. The session will begin with an overview of creating an option set and available scheduling rules, followed by breakout time for each attendee to work on their schedules with assistance.

Learn best practices for creating UD Business Objects and Views to customize an Online Registration Setup. This is a hands-on session that will use real-world projects to show how the combination of existing Synergy functionality and creative thinking can be used to tailor OLR to your district’s needs.
LEVEL: Advanced
This session will review how to add and define validations through IEP Validation Rule Builder and Validation Rule Builder v.2. Attendees will leave with an understanding of what a validation is and the capabilities and limitations of the validation rule builder tools. Additionally, attendees will get hands-on experience building validations for the IEP and other system documents. This includes validation tied to grids, lookup tables, text or numeric fields, dates and checkboxes.

This session will be an overview of ScheduleBoard functionality, workflows and best practices. We will also be looking at some of the new features added to ScheduleBoard.
This session will cover how to create Special Education or 504 Processes in Synergy SE. This includes defining that process to meet your district’s business practices and creating timelines associated with each process. In addition, we’ll walk through how to view student timelines and set up timeline reports to monitor timelines that are being met.
Let's dive into Survey Designer functionality! In this session, we will go through how Survey works and how it can be used in your district.

This session is an introduction to Synergy Mail Merge. We will start with the basics and discuss Mail Merge, XML, and MS Word formatting. We'll step through creating at least one mail merge document from start to finish using both Mail Merge 2.0 and Visual Mail Merge. We'll stop along the way to discuss MS Word formatting and tips and tricks.
Using Online Registration to collect data from parents is great, but sometimes you want a paper document that contains that data. In this hands on session, you will create a custom student document using the new functionality of Visual Mail Merge for Online Registration. Learn how easy it is to pull registration data into a standard form – ideal for records retention, auditing purposes, and more.
This session will cover getting to know the Reports built into Synergy SE and the ability to create your own custom reports and report interfaces.
