Synergy® mobile applications for iOS and Android devices enable every user, from school administrator to student, to access information and get things done when and where it's most convenient. All of our mobile applications are installed on the device as fast, local applications that provide full use of the key features. Users are able to use the same login for the mobile applications as for the web-based portals, so there's no need to remember multiple passwords or for IT teams to manage separate logins for different platforms.
The ParentVUE Mobile application strengthens the home-school connection by allowing parents to access real-time information on attendance, school events and announcements, assignments and scores, final grades, messages from teachers, health and discipline records, demographic information, fee records, alerts and reminders. The ParentVUE Mobile application supports multiple languages for districts serving diverse populations.
The TeacherVUE Mobile application enables teachers to take attendance, create assignments and enter scores, submit discipline incident referrals, view student demographic information and more. Mobile access to the TeacherVUE module is convenient for entering and viewing data while moving about the classroom, recording attendance or discipline incidents during outdoor activities such as field trips and physical education classes, and grading assignments outside the classroom.
The HealthVUE Mobile application provides support for school nurses and health professionals who need to access and update Synergy data for every visit from every student. Health staff can receive alerts when it’s time to dispense medication or refill a prescription, look up student health information, log nurse’s office visits and conduct health screenings.
The CounselVUE mobile app enables school counselors to access student information, view progress toward graduation, help students with walk-in scheduling needs, schedule student conferences, and document conference visits. Counselors can also receive notifications about attendance and performance issues for selected students and enter Check In/Check Out scores (CICO requires Synergy MTSS).
The StudentVUE Mobile application helps students stay engaged and accountable for their own education by enabling them to view real-time grades and test scores, see when assignments are due, communicate with teachers, submit assignments (now easier than ever with Google Drive™ integration), take assessments and enter course requests. Like ParentVUE, the StudentVUE Mobile application supports multiple languages.
The AdminVUE Mobile application empowers principals, school resource officers, and other administrative staff to interact more effectively with students around campus. AdminVUE enables users to scan student IDs to quickly access student records, mark students tardy, print hall passes (with a portable printer) and record discipline issues. In case of emergency, authorized users may also activate a digital emergency management protocol that notifies teachers, accounts for students and informs first responders.
The SE VUE Mobile application provides access to a user’s full portfolio view, current and historical documents including the IEP and BIP, and complete team information. SE VUE Mobile can also be used to schedule meetings with parents and students, enter incident referrals, track and graph student behavior, and record Medicaid services provided anytime and anywhere.
