With these new districts, Synergy now supports 185,000 students in Tennessee—reflecting a shared priority among districts for a more modern, user-friendly system with better access to data, more flexible reporting, and the ability to adapt to changing needs.

Growing adoption across Pennsylvania continues as multiple districts transition from legacy systems to Synergy, supporting approximately 13,000 students.

Through the state-approved contract, Tennessee school districts can evaluate and select Synergy Education Platform without a separate procurement process. The full platform is available under the contract, allowing districts to start with Synergy SIS and expand to support broader district needs.

New Mexico Public Education Department has selected Synergy Education Platform, including Edupoint’s Synergy for States solution, as the state’s first statewide student information system. The initiative marks a major step forward in New Mexico’s efforts to modernize its K–12 data infrastructure while improving data access, consistency, and decision-making at both the state and local levels.

Edupoint Educational Systems announced that Blair Community Schools has selected Synergy Education Platform, replacing legacy systems with a unified, modern system that connects student information with teaching and learning. The district’s cloud-hosted solution will include Synergy SIS, Synergy Online Registration, Synergy LMS, and Synergy Assessment, supporting approximately 2,200 students in Blair, Nebraska.

Prescott Unified School District has selected Synergy Education Platform to replace its existing PowerSchool solution. The district will deploy Synergy SIS and Online Registration to streamline core processes and improve access to shared real-time data across the district. Prescott USD serves 3,888 students in north-central Arizona.

Award winners distinguished themselves through their commitment to maximizing the use of Synergy in their districts to elicit measurable improvements and save users time.

Among the reasons for selecting Synergy, the evaluation team cited consistently high scores on the district’s most heavily weighted criteria in key functional areas, including scheduling, courses, grade reporting, and teacher and family functions. 

Bennington Public Schools has selected Synergy Education Platform, replacing its legacy SIS, NebSIS, with a unified, modern system. Bennington’s Synergy SIS implementation will include Online Registration and Master Schedule Builder. The district serves approximately 4,500 students in Nebraska’s Omaha metro area.

Beginning with Synergy Version 2026 released earlier this year, districts may add a license to embed the Desmos Graphic Calculator, Scientific Calculator, and Four-Function Calculator.

The district’s Synergy® solution includes Synergy SIS and Synergy Special Education and will replace Skyward® Qmlative SIS.
