The powerful New District Grade Book is available! This session will demonstrate how District Grade Book can be used to create ‘templates’ by course or grade level that can include: assignments, category weighting, final grade configuration, term weighting, type security, class settings, and more! Additional features, such as reviewing student assignment or standards results, assignment inheritance by Day of Term, and new searching and conflict-identifying tools to manage complex District Grade Book configurations across schools and years will be showcased.

This training will serve as a beginner-level overview to finalizing student transcripts. In this training, we will review the Update Student Course History and Update GPA processes as well as the Student Transcript Options screen in preparation for finalizing our student transcripts.

During this hands-on session, we will go over the NEW process of rolling over not only Students into Summer Extensions, but Configurations as well, from one Summer Extension to the next. Just like the Regular New Year Rollover! Please come with the dates of your new Summer Extension Summer School as well as an idea of which configurations you would like to roll forward.
In this Synergy Skills Session, we will revisit the basics of how to create an MTSS Plan as well as how to monitor a student’s progress towards their targeted growth goals. Then using the MTSS Dashboard, we will dive into and configure the data of all MTSS Plans, both open and closed. Lastly, we will identify the value of the MTSS Plan Continuation screen when it comes time to continue a specific student’s plan from one year (or from one school) to another.

OLR Conditions are among the most useful and versatile features in Synergy. In this session, attendees will step through creating page and module visibility conditions, group box conditions/conditional questions, data validation conditions, and setup conditions (Auto-Accept, Submit Options, etc.). This hands-on event will be conducted using the latest functionality, including the Clone feature, RegEx property type conditions, and Parent Condition types.

Already using Lottery/Waitlist and need to update your definitions, but not sure where to go? This session will cover lottery definition settings such as limits, filters, weights, and flags. We will also demonstrate new features released in the past year. Attending districts must have a Synergy Lottery license.

Discuss the highlights and obstacles involved with implementing standards. Novice districts can devise a starting point for implementation, while more seasoned districts can learn strategies to revise and home in on areas for the greatest student success!

This session will cover the setup of an Athletic Registration. We will discuss Athletic Definitions, walk through the Athletics application as a parent, and review the registration in the Athletic Registration Queue screen. Attending districts must have a Synergy Athletics license.
