This comprehensive certification program prepares participants to become Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Mass Scheduling using the Synergy Student Information System (SIS). Upon successful completion of the certification training, participants will possess the skills and knowledge to effectively create and manage master schedules for a variety of common secondary school scheduling scenarios within the Synergy system.

Certification Pathway

Six Pre-Certification Virtual Sessions

These foundational sessions provide essential background knowledge and hands-on experience with key scheduling concepts and Synergy Tools, ensuring participants are ready for the in-person training.

Three Days of In-Person, Hands-On Training at Synergy Connect

Held during the Synergy Connect conference, this intensive training dives deep into scheduling features, common secondary scheduling scenarios, and best practices for efficient schedule building using Synergy SIS.

Final Certification Assessment

At the conclusion of the training, participants will complete a comprehensive certification test to validate their skills and earn recognition as certified SMEs in Synergy SIS Mass Scheduling.
