In an effort to provide ongoing professional development opportunities for our customers, Edupoint’s Customer Resource Center (CRC) is pleased to announce a series of webinar training events. These are excellent no-cost opportunities for you and your staff to strengthen your knowledge of and build your expertise of the entire Synergy® Education Platform.
Synergy Training Sessions
These Synergy training sessions are designed to introduce you to functionality that you might not be familiar with, and to enrich your understanding of and extend your use of the functionality you currently utilize. These sessions begin at 10:00am MST, and you can register by clicking on the topic you wish to attend. Registrants can download the PowerPoint presentation for the webinars listed below any time after 9:00am MST on the day of the presentation from the Edupoint FTP site.
Synergy Grade Book Training Sessions
These monthly webinars are specifically designed for those districts that have implemented the Synergy Grade Book. These open forum sessions, held at 11:00am MST, will occur on the 4th Thursday of each month and will address such topics as:
• Grade Book fixes and enhancements
• Training on time sensitive topics
• General Grade Book questions
California State Reporting Training Sessions
Edupoint will conduct an open discussion on California State Reporting on the second Wednesday of each month at 1:00pm MST. These webinars will address:
• Synergy software updates affecting state reporting
• Changes to California state reporting requirements
• California state reporting questions, issues and concerns
• Edupoint announcements
