Users Conference Registration is Open

Step 1:  Click here to download the Users Conference brochure, which contains the full conference program schedule and workshop course descriptions.  The schedule has been arranged into "Learning Tracks" based on user role. Please review the schedule and determine which sessions you would like to attend based on learning track and course description.

Step 2:  Complete the form below to register for the event. Complete all the required fields and register by selecting a single track - OR - choose individual sessions from any track. Sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be closed and removed from the online registration form if/when the session is full. 

Step 3:   After completing the form below, you will receive a confirmation email (allow 1-3 days for this) with details on how to pay your registration fee. Edupoint will accept payment by P.O., check or credit card. Instructions for submitting payment will be included in your confirmation letter.

Costs:

 This year's Users Conference will cost $299 for the 2-day conference if you register before 9/15/12. Registration after 9/15/12 is $349. 

Optional Hands-On Training Sessions:  On Wednesday, November 7th, Edupoint will host Hands-On Training sessions at the Edupoint Mesa Office training facility. These are half-day hands-on training sessions which include training certification. A separate registration fee of $99 per session is required. (Hands-on Training Session registration is included in the Online Registration Form below.)

Hotel Accommodations:  A limited number of hotel room accommodations are still available at the Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center at a discounted rate of $120/night (plus taxes and fees).  To check on availability and make room reservations, please contact in-house reservations at the resort at 800.540.0727 and indicate that you are with the Edupoint Users Conference.

Our overflow hotel is the Millennium Scottsdale Resort, located approximately one mile away from the Users Conference location. Discounted room rates of $130/night (plus taxes and fees) have been secured for this location.  For room reservations at the Millennium Resort, please contact 800.243.1332 and indicate that you are with the Edupoint Users Conference.
