Bob Weathers
Bob has over 31 years experience designing and developing state of the art software administrative systems for K-12 school districts. As the founder and chairman of Edupoint Systems, Bob brought the drive to the development of SynergyTechnology, providing the foundation for an entire new generation of .NET-based SIS solutions including our own Synergy™ Student Information System and Synergy™ Special Education solutions.
Before Edupoint, Bob founded Macro Educational Systems, where he developed his reputation as a technology innovator and a champion of high-quality customer support. Under Bob’s leadership, Macro developed SASIxp™, one of the all-time best selling K-12 SIS systems in the country.

Rob Wilson
With over 19 years of experience in design and development of student information systems, Rob’s influence has been integral throughout the development of Edupoint’s products. Rob was the lead architect and designer of the Synergy Technology development framework, as well as the lead architect of Synergy. With a serious commitment to customer excellence, he has managed the custom development and technical implementation of Edupoint solutions for Mesa Public Schools and the Long Beach Unified School District. Along with Bob, Rob was one of the core architects of SASIxp. |

Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Tom McGrew
A long-time veteran of the industry, Tom has been designing and developing K-12 administrative software for over 25 years. He is the chief architect and developer behind SASIxp. He is also the architect behind Synergy Technology, Synergy SIS, and Synergy SE. With his extensive Oracle and SQL database experience, Tom designed SASIxp/Synergy solutions for Fairfax County Public Schools, the Long Beach Unified School District and Mesa Public Schools. With his hands-on commitment to excellence, he served as the technical manager for the Long Beach Unified School District implementation.

Chet Curtis
Chet has devoted over 20 years to the K-12 market as an executive and practitioner of information systems and education data management. He is a member of several key national organizations engaged in the application of technology to solve the challenges of education, and has served as an advocate to state legislatures and the US Department of Education, focusing on technology's impact on student achievement. Chet's passion for education reform and the application of technology to school improvement and accountability contributes to the development of solutions for the education marketplace.

Deborah Adolphs
Deborah has more than 30 years of experience working in all facets of K-12 education, including as classroom teacher, trainer, and project manager of technology implementations for some of the nation’s largest school districts. Throughout her career, Deborah worked for several leading student information system (SIS) companies, directing all aspects of product support services. Her proven track record of achievement includes building best-in–class customer service and support teams, and ensuring timely, accurate support to drive customer satisfaction. Debbie’s extensive K-12 SIS experience, strategic approach and customer-focus help Edupoint deliver superior results in the areas of customer service, product management, and quality assurance.

Justin Berg
Early in his career, Justin was the student information systems coordinator for Scottsdale Unified School District. Today, with over 13 years of experience in implementation and support services, Justin leads Edupoint’s implementation efforts. He has served as project/implementation manager for the successful migration to Synergy for numerous Edupoint clients, for districts both large and small. Prior to his current responsibilities, Justin was a senior analyst for SASIxp and technical lead for Arizona State Reporting (SAIS) support. He was also the technology officer on the board of directors for Arizona Schools Computer Users Support (ASCUS).

Dr. Joe Zello
Joe has 30 years of K-12 special education experience, including serving as the director of special education for Mesa Public Schools, Arizona’s largest school district. Joe supervised planning, implementation, customer support, and contract administration for multiple Synergy SIS and Synergy SE projects, and has led district special education software design and implementation teams. He has also led efforts to ensure district legal compliance. A true expert in the field, Joe participated in drafting Arizona’s special education statues. |

Mike Lehrack
Mike has been designing K-12 instructional software for over 11 years. He founded GradeWorks and led development of standards-based grade book and report card software. He led development efforts while CIO at ETS Instructional Data Management Systems, and also worked directly with school districts across the nation on strategies for using instructional technology to improve student achievement. With success to spare, Mike brings over 15 years of executive level management experience with all kinds of organizations, from small companies to Fortune 500 divisions. |
