The ideal candidate will be responsible for aiding in the delivery of in-depth quality assessments for software in the Edupoint family of products, and will review modifications and enhancements, develop test artifacts, and conduct testing for issues, enhancements, and major releases. This position will be based in our Mesa, AZ office.

IT Project Manager
Edupoint Educational Systems (Edupoint) is looking for an IT Project Manager to join an exciting national software development and marketing company with multi-year implementation projects.
In this position, the PM will plan and oversee information technology projects; plan project phases, develop schedules and work plans and staffing for each phase of the project; analyze client needs to design, modify or customize software for specific clients or specialized utility programs; confer with personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems; prepare and manage budget and resource allocation; review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as necessary; track progress on projects and prepare reports for management and clients.

Customer Resource Center Specialist
We are currently searching for talented, creative, intelligent and enthusiastic professionals to provide software support and services to our growing client base through all phases of the customer lifecycle. The CRC Specialist position will be located in our Mesa, AZ office.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide prompt, accurate and knowledgeable support to Edupoint’s customers by responding to, researching, troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving highly complex technical questions received via telephone calls, e-mails and through the customer portal.
